If Rothko did bags... .(scribbled at 21:34 )

They'd be the best bloody bags in the world! Whilst procrastinating on Zara.com earlier this week, I've came across this beaut', which reminds me a bit of his work from the mid-fifties. (Clutching at straws, I know! But that colour fade in this clutch is rather yummy)...

I'm posting from Liverpool tonight (currently 21:18 GMT, but Blogger appears to be working on American time...). With every intention of returning to London tonight after a week spent at home, I'm somehow in the land of Scouse. I guess I couldn't quite resist catching The Art Books of Henri Matisse exhibition at the Walker Art Gallery before they start the deinstall on Sunday. And with the avg. train journey from Birmingham to Liverpool Lime Street being around an hour and a half, it meant I could finally get a start on the April edition of Art Review...
