Deller and Shrigley: Part 1 .(scribbled at 23:24 )

Occasionally, I receive an Early Morning View invite from some galleries across the city. They’re brilliant, a great way to check an exhibition out without it eating up into your day’s schedule/weekend, and it’s great to roam around an exhibition surrounded by masses of tourists.

However, they involve getting up incredibly early, so I haven’t gone along to a great deal of them recently. I went to the David Shrigley and Jeremy Deller shows this morning, they were pretty interesting! More to follow later (I’m revisiting the exhibition again in a few weeks, so I’ll have more than just an hour with the shows) so do watch this space…

I DID MAKE A GREAT BATCH OF MUFFINS THOUGH. YUM.

These were a Nigella chocolate muffin recipe, but I added in lashings of dark chocolate, and a dash or 6 of cinnamon to give it a wee kick. Mmmm.
